it was worth its 3 stars. after the arrival, we met owner, who was frendly. we loved the amenities, such as central heating and a radio.

Room was good value. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. They serve breakfast for nzd 14 per person👍👍👍

We could visit everything we needed like puke ariki as it was only a short distance to the hotel. The beds were super in our room. Totally recommend this venue to anyone, nothing bothered us...
